We are based in Hampshire, but you’ll usually find us in West Sussex, Wiltshire, Berkshire and Dorset. We will usually travel within a 2 hour radius and any thing over we will need to charge 45p per mile. If your wedding is further afield please do get in contact with us, but we may not be able to cover your day due to family commitments. (But please do check!)

We know how busy life gets when planning a wedding and we understand that time is precious leading up to the big day, so to make life easier we arrange a FaceTime meeting 4/6 weeks before the big day. We discuss ALL the details (and everything in-between!) as by then all the timings for the day should be finalised. The meeting usually lasts any thing between 30-45 minutes and FaceTime is perfect for this as your in the comfort of your own home and you’ll have all the information you need with you!

This is something we would usually work out during our FaceTime meeting as Bridal/Groom prep maybe in different locations to the ceremony and we would need to work our distance/time/travel etc. But as a general rule, we would start filming 2-3 hours before the start of your ceremony. Then to finish, we usually stay 20-30 minutes after your first dance to make sure we have your guests dancing the night away. Plus we need an ending shot, so we cant leave until we have this!

During our meeting, I will ask who your photographer is and most of the time we have already worked with them or know them! Which is fantastic. If we haven’t worked with them before, I would make contact a few days before the wedding to introduce ourselves. On the day, we will liaise with your photographer and coordinate how we will work together.

Due to copyright laws, we are only allowed to use royalty free music for your wedding video which is chosen by us. We have a large catalogue of songs that we are able to use due to a subscription that we have and its fantastic! A big part of the post production is making sure that the music complements the footage with the right pacing, emotion and length of song. I’m very particular when it comes to choosing songs and all of our couples have been really happy with our selections.

For our style of films we only use music. We do however provide you with all the raw footage from the day, inclusion of ceremony and speeches should you want to watch/listen to them. Fading audio in and out of the film just doesn’t work with our sequencing/format and the styles of our videos.

On your USB Stick you will receive a ‘RAW FOOTAGE’ folder that includes the unedited footage from the day. We have an additional camera that films your ceremony and speeches in full which is included in the folder. We separate the footage into sections to make it easier to view, for example: (Each chapter can last from 5-15 minutes, Speeches/Ceremony will usually last about 30 minutes)
